Score It Privacy Policy

WalkerWare (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Score It mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information stored on your device

Score It stores game information locally on your device, including player names, scores, game progress, and App settings. WalkerWare does not operate an account system or backend service that receives this information. Local information remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, subject to your device’s backup settings.

Advertising

The free tier of Score It displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, advertising interactions, consent choices, and device or App diagnostics. This information may be used to provide and measure advertisements, prevent advertising fraud, and, where you consent, personalize advertisements.

Score It uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and record privacy choices where required. On iOS, the App may also request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can decline tracking and still use the App. Where available, you can review your consent choices from the App’s Privacy Options setting.

Premium purchases

Score It offers a one-time Premium purchase that removes advertising. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. WalkerWare does not receive or store your payment-card information. The App receives purchase and entitlement information needed to activate or restore Premium. Apple and Google process purchase information under their own privacy policies.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google, Apple, and their service providers as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to investigate fraud or security concerns.

Your choices and rights

• Use the App’s Privacy Options setting, where available, to review advertising consent choices.
• Manage tracking permission in your iOS or Android device settings.
• Purchase Premium to remove advertising requests from the App.
• Clear locally stored game data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it.
• Contact us to exercise privacy rights available in your jurisdiction.

Retention and international processing

Locally stored game information is retained on your device as described above. Google, Apple, and their service providers retain information according to their own policies and may process it in countries other than the country where you live.

Children’s privacy

Score It is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can investigate.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the App. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date.
